• Manage day-to-day health and wellness operations for residents.
• Assist with medication administration and documentation.
• Observe residents to identify progress or side effects of medications.
• Monitor vital signs and assist with activities of daily living.
• Administer prescribed medications and injections as needed.
• Collect lab samples and communicate with care team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure resident wellbeing.
