Empath Health is seeking a compassionate PRN Home Health LPN to serve Ocala, FL area and surrounding Marion, Lake, and Sumter counties. You will provide skilled nursing visits under RN supervision, with 5-15+ visits weekly and required weekend/holiday rotations.

Applicants must be a graduate of an approved nursing program with a Florida LPN license. Minimum 1 year home health preferred; IV certification is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current Florida LPN license.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in home health care preferred.
• IV certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide nursing services in accordance with agency policy and care plan.
• Observe patients and report adverse reactions to medications or treatment.
• Assist physicians and RNs in carrying out the plan of care and in performing procedures.
• Perform patient and family instruction on diet, medications, and treatment.
