Job summary

Neurology Texas, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) for PRN opportunities. The LMRT performs radiologic duties, operates X-ray equipment, and maintains a safe imaging environment in accordance with state requirements and license.

The role involves following safety guidelines, collaborating with clinic staff, and performing ancillary duties as assigned. Active radiology certification and state licensure are required, with preferred LMRT licensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with accredited radiology training.
• Active LMRT licensure in state of residency preferred.
• Experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
• Basic X-ray operator licensure per state requirements is expected.
• BLS certification may be required per practice standard.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray views according to orders and state law.
• Monitor equipment and report issues to leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and upgrades.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Work as part of a team to maintain clinic efficiency.
• Follow radiation safety, compliance policies, and procedures.
