Responsibilities

• MAT Management — Initiate, monitor, and adjust MAT protocols (buprenorphine/Suboxone, naltrexone, etc.) in alignment with evidence-based practice and regulatory standards.
• Care Coordination — Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including counselors, case managers, and medical staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Patient Education — Provide clear guidance on treatment plans, medication adherence, harm-reduction strategies, and recovery supports.
• Documentation — Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records within the organization’s EHR system.
• Compliance Oversight — Ensure adherence to federal, state, and organizational policies related to MAT, controlled substances, and patient privacy.

Restored Life Continuum of Care is seeking a PRN Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) licensed in the State of Indiana to support our addiction recovery and behavioral health programs. The ideal candidate brings clinical excellence, compassion, and experience in Medication‑Assisted Treatment (MAT), including buprenorphine‑based therapies, to serve individuals on their recovery journey.
