Job summary

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. seeks an experienced Lead Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist for our PRN/On-Demand team in El Paso, Texas. This onsite leadership role offers an opportunity to mentor clinicians, provide clinical supervision, and ensure trauma-informed care for youth in a residential setting.

You will support scheduled shifts, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and maintain strong clinical documentation while promoting compassionate, evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in any U.S. state or U.S. territory (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, mentorship, and day-to-day support for Behavioral Health Therapists during assigned shifts.
• Foster a culture of compassion, collaboration, accountability, and clinical excellence.
• Conduct behavioral health assessments, crisis intervention, clinical evaluations, and treatment planning as needed.
