Job summary

Baptist Health in Louisville is seeking a Laboratory Technician to perform waived and moderate complexity testing under CLIA '88 guidelines, interpret and report results for established tests in Microbiology. You will handle quality control, quality assurance and maintenance, and work primarily independently under supervision.

Duties include clerical tasks, specimen collection, accessioning and processing of specimens, answering phones, relaying patient results and monitoring

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support) preferred.
