• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift; identify and report changes.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor therapeutic responses; document care in the medical record.
• Provide prompt, compassionate care and respond to patient requests; educate patients, families, and caregivers about treatments and follow-ups.
