HealthWorks Rehabilitation and Fitness in Morgantown, WV, seeks licensed Occupational Therapists for PRN/per diem inpatient coverage. A large multidisciplinary team supports patient care for brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke and other neurological or orthopedic conditions.

The role requires state licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license. We offer a flexible pool for vacations, sick days, census surges, and emergencies with no set schedule, and an opportunity to

Competenze

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with active state licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• CPR certification.
• National registration required.
• Valid state driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement and modify therapy plans per physician direction.
• Supervise and delegate OT services for assigned patients.
• Provide individualized, functional treatment programs to support return to community activities.
• Educate patients, families, students, staff and self on therapy concepts.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain timely documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to design new programs and improve service delivery.
