Job summary

Accelerate Therapy and Performance in Center Valley, PA, is seeking a Part-Time/PRN Injury Prevention Specialist to educate industrial athletes and deliver proactive injury prevention care on a distribution/warehousing client site.

The role offers autonomy, ongoing professional development, and flexible scheduling within a collaborative team of licensed professionals. Candidate must hold an active CPR/AED/First Aid and related credential, with at least 2 years of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required or active
• Must meet one of: ATC, PTA, OTA, CSCS, Exercise Physiologist, or Personal Trainer credentials
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Experience with orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions preferred
• Confident, professional, and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills

Overview

Injury Prevention Specialist in the Industrial Setting

Job Type: Part-time/PRN - Support includes filling in during vacations, sick days and 1 scheduled weekend day per month (up to 8-hour shift)

Work Location: In person - Center Valley, PA

Qualifications

Candidates must meet one of the following qualifications and hold an active CPR/AED/First Aid certification:

• Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) with an active state license and bachelor's degree
• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with associate's degree
• Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) with associate's degree
• Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with bachelor's degree
• Exercise Physiologist with a bachelor's degree and certification from a reputable organization
• Exercise Science/Kinesiology
• Personal Trainer with a bachelor's degree in exercise science/kinesiology or related field and a reputable certification

Additional Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Proficient in Google Suite
• Experience working with orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions
• Confident, professional, and self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal skills and rapport-building ability

Posted Salary Range

USD $29.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr.
