Job summary

Advanced Infusion Solutions seeks a Home Health Infusion Registered Nurse to support patients in the Olympia, WA area, with consideration for Seattle, WA or Portland, OR. This PRN role offers flexible scheduling and travel up to 200 miles.

Qualifications

Active RN license in state of residence; multi-state licensure may be required.
Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience with infusion care.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; CPR certification current.
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and teamwork.
Excellent customer service and ability to work independently.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile devices.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the provider, patient, and caregivers to ensure orders are implemented.
Follow State Board standards and complete required training.
Educate patients and caregivers to assist with symptom management and quality of life.
Provide home or clinic infusion visits and patient education.
Support care coordination and documentation.
