Wise Medical Staffing is seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN opportunities in Arlington, VA. This position offers competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work in a professional acute care environment supporting critically ill patients.

Ideal candidates are dependable, clinically confident, and experienced in providing high-quality critical care nursing services. The assignment is PRN with 12-hour shifts, local to Arlington, and a W2 employment arrangement

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong critical care assessment and clinical skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in a critical care setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient status.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
