Job summary

CarePartners Health Services, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks a PRN Hospital Housekeeper in Asheville, NC. Must be able to work 2pm-10:30pm and maintain cleanliness per leadership standards.

The Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate will clean facility areas, follow safety norms, and support leadership in improving patient experience. Prior healthcare housekeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent; preferred
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare; preferred
• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field; preferred

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and sanitation expectations.
• Maintain Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.
• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Identify under-serviced and/or unserviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness around the center.
• Correctly utilize all supplies and resources to eliminate waste.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate is responsible for cleaning areas of the facility in accordance with expectations of the center’s leadership team.

What you will do in this role:

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent. Preferred

• 1 + years of experience in healthcare Preferred

• 1 + years of experience in housekeeping or service related field Preferred
