Responsibilities

• Handles all incoming communications, routing calls professionally and delivering customer service to patients, visitors, physicians and staff.
• Coordinates after-hours operations by contacting key personnel and maintaining on-call schedules.
• Monitors and responds to hospital emergency codes and alarm systems per procedures.
• Executes overhead announcements accurately to support operations and safety.
• Maintains operational call logs and communicates with patients and healthcare team to resolve requests.
