Job summary

Varco Hospice, LLC is expanding and seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to deliver exceptional end-of-life care in home settings across the DFW area. This role offers meaningful patient impact and the opportunity to grow with a supportive team.

You will travel to patient homes, participate in IDG meetings every two weeks, and maintain precise clinical documentation. Texas RN license and 2+ years hospice experience required; Kinnser/WellSky experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years of hospice or home health experience.
• Ability to travel across DFW and surrounding areas.
• Strong clinical documentation skills; attention to detail.
• Kinnser/WellSky experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-of-life nursing care in home hospice settings.
• Participate in in-person IDG meetings every 14 days.
• Document patient status and care plans accurately.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality hospice care.
