Job summary

Atulo Health is seeking a Home Infusion RN to provide patient care in home settings on a per diem basis, with potential to move to full-time. You will administer IV/subcutaneous infusions, monitor patients, and perform ongoing assessments, coordinating with the care team.

Requirements include 1 year home infusion experience, an active RN license, and current BLS. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply for this role in the Connecticut area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience.
• Active RN license in a compact state or the state of application.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer IV and subcutaneous infusions in patients' homes.
• Monitor patients during treatment and perform ongoing assessments.
• Document care and coordinate with clinical leaders and family.
• Possibility to transition from per diem to full-time.

Requirements
