Job summary

Atulo Health is hiring per diem Home Infusion RNs to deliver direct patient care in the home setting. You’ll administer IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitor patients during treatment, and perform ongoing assessments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience.
• Active RN license in a compact state or the state of application.
• Valid driver’s license and current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills with excellent communication.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team; Spanish speakers encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home infusion setting.
• Administer IV and subcutaneous infusions and monitor patients.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and document findings.
• Coordinate care with the clinical team and caregivers.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience
• Active RN license in a compact state or the state where you’re applying
• Valid driver’s license

• Proficiency in medication administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
