A multi-state provider of home infusion services is hiring per diem Home Infusion RNs to deliver direct patient care in a home setting. Position Overview

We’re hiring per diem Home Infusion RNs to provide direct patient care in the home setting. You’ll administer IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitor patients during treatment, and perform ongoing assessments.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience

• Valid driver’s license
• Current BLS certification

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
