Job summary

A multi-state provider of home infusion services is seeking a per diem Home Infusion RN to provide high-quality patient care in a home setting. In this role, you will administer IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitor patients, and perform ongoing assessments. Candidates should have at least one year of home infusion experience and an active RN license. Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Bilingual candidates are especially encouraged to apply. Flexible schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience required.
• Must hold an active RN license in the state of application.
• Current BLS certification is mandatory.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Proficiency in medication administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
• Spanish-speaking and bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
