Job summary

AIS Healthcare is seeking a Home Infusion RN to deliver IVIG therapies in patients' homes in the Fort Collins area on a fully remote, PRN basis. You will provide one-on-one visits with flexible scheduling (2-3 days per week) and travel within the greater Denver/Fort Collins region.

The role offers continued training and potential certification reimbursement. Requirements include CO RN license (multi-state possible), 1+ year nursing experience, CPR, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Colorado license in good standing and multi-state licensure ability.
• Minimum one year nursing experience; IV-related experience a plus.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with adequate liability limits.
• Experience with Microsoft Office to document patient care activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide immune globulin infusion therapies in patients' homes (adult and pediatric).
• Use IV nursing skills to support patient comfort and care at home.
• Conduct one-on-one home infusion visits and educate patients per physician plan.
• Maintain licensure; additional multi-state licensure may be required.
• Exhibit strong written/verbal communication with patients, physicians, and partners.
• Receive ongoing training on new infusion technology; potential IgCN certification reimbursement.

Job description

Fully remote and autonomous PRN position providing infusions in the home setting for patients in the Fort Collins area. Flexible PRN scheduling with a need for 2-3 days per week.

As a Home Infusion IVIG Registered Nurse (RN) you will work outside the walls of a hospital setting in a growing specialized area of the nursing field. If you are spending 12 hours on your feet or rushing from patient to patient with no time to provide quality patient care, this would be the perfect opportunity to change your work environment. As a Home Infusion RN you will…

• Provide immune globulin infusion therapies in our patients' homes to both adult and pediatric patients
• Make a difference by using your clinical IV experience and personal touch to assist our patients in the comfort of their own home.
• Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment.
• Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas
• Have excellent written and verbal customer service skills in order to interact with the patient, physician, pharmacist and other partners.
• Challenge your clinical nursing (RN) skills by receiving continuous training on leading edge technology and clinical requirements in specialty infusion. Certification and recertification expenses can be reimbursed for eligible RNs such as Immune Globulin Certified Nurse (IgCN)!

In this PRN role, you will visit patients in greater Denver or Fort Collins and surrounding areas with occasional travel of up to 150-200 miles one way. Travel time is paid and mileage is reimbursed.

Required Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse with current license in Coloradoandthe ability to be licensed in other states. Additional licensure may be required in multi-state service areas.
• Minimum one year nursing experience; IV-related experience a plus
• Have and maintain current CPR certification
• Possess a valid and current driver's license and auto insurance (Liability limits of at least $100,000/$300,000 or $300,000 CSL and no business exclusion clause)
• Have experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word to document and track patient care activity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Three years' nursing experience
• One year infusion experience
• Home healthcare experience
• CRNI or IgCN certification preferred, not required

Education: RN Diploma, Associates or B.S. degree in nursing

$40 - $55/hour based on experience
