Job summary

Senior Care Solutions is seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist (ST) to provide high-quality, patient-centered speech therapy services in the home health setting on a PRN/Part Time basis in the Orlando, Kissimmee and surrounding areas.

You will work one-on-one with patients to address communication, swallowing, and cognitive-linguistic needs, helping them regain function and improve quality of life from the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
• 1+ year home health experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals.
• Provide skilled therapy interventions including communication, swallowing, cognitive retraining, and compensatory strategies.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, safety and communication strategies.
• Document all care in compliance with Medicare and agency standards.
• Communicate regularly with nurses, therapists and other team members to ensure coordinated care.
