Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, a national home-based care provider, seeks a PRN Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing visits in the home setting. You will follow physician orders and the plan of care under Branch Director supervision, ensuring quality patient outcomes.

The role requires an active RN license in the state of Colorado, strong communication and organization skills, and a flexible schedule. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and unencumbered RN license in the state where you work.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• RN must understand home health care delivery and be able to problem-solve.
• Ability to assume a flexible work schedule.
• Requires a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Administers skilled care visits to clients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Instructs the client, family and other members of the health care team under the supervision of the Branch Director.
