Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy according to the supervising therapist and plan of care.
• Treat patients to relieve pain, restore function, and maintain performance.
• Aide patient in therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, and use of devices.
• Document patient progress and changes in condition with the supervising PT.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and reports in accordance with policy and regulations.
