Argan Home Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team serving Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, and Englewood, FL. You will deliver high-quality, in-home physical therapy, assess patients, and develop personalized treatment plans to restore mobility.

This role emphasizes independent practice, collaborative care with physicians and nurses, strong documentation, and commitment to safety. Valid FL PT license required; home health experience preferred; new grads encouraged.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Master's or Doctorate preferred).
• Home health or outpatient experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and improve mobility.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services in patients' homes in accordance with physician orders and plan of care.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and family members on therapeutic exercises, safety techniques, and home programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
