• Implement and monitor treatment plans to ensure progress toward goals.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment protocols and home exercises.
• Document patient progress and coordinate with clinical staff and other healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with BrightStar Care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
