Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Pasadena, CA is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists to provide patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities, with PRN positions available. The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, state licensure, and ASHA CCC.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure required.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia and augmentative communication in patients.
• Collaborate with families, professionals and co-workers to implement patient-centered care.
