• May serve as cashier.
• Cash handling procedures in cafeteria operations, including register operations and reconciliation.
• Maintain stocked cafeteria supplies and paper goods.
• Meet deadlines for opening and closing the cafeteria.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for handling, serving, and storing food.
• Ensure attractive presentation and sanitary conditions of served items.
• Assist in salad prep as needed.
