Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is seeking PRN Family Nurse Practitioners to join our network across multiple clinics in the Live Oak region. This opportunity offers supplemental income, variety, and a fast-paced work environment to keep your full skill set sharp.

The role supports urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, telemedicine, and a range of procedures. New grads are welcome to apply and shifts are announced two months in advance.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) is required.
• MSN or higher degree is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• EMR and Microsoft Office experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine.
• Perform minor procedures including toenail removals and foreign body removals.
• Conduct suturing and splinting.
• Perform general orthopedic evaluations and management.
• Review X-rays (with Radiologist over-read).
• Interpret EKGs.
• Deliver dermatology, eye, and GYN care.
• Treat patients of all ages.
• Apply emergency management skills in a fast-paced setting.
