Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions, including pain management and chemotherapy support.
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, medication management, and lifestyle modifications to promote health and wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records while adhering to patient safety protocols and regulatory standards.
