Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to support multiple Raleigh-area clinics. You will deliver fast, patient-centered care across urgent care, primary care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine, with leadership in high-volume settings.

The role requires FNP board certification, MSN or higher, and strong communication skills. You will work with EMR and MS Office, and participate in training, orientation, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• FNP board certification is required.
• MSN or higher degree is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Experience using EMR systems and MS Office (Word, Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-focused care across urgent care, primary care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine environments.
• Perform minor procedures (toe nail removal, foreign object removal), suturing, splinting.
• Conduct general orthopedic evaluations/management and review x-rays.
• Address general dermatology, eye problems, GYN, and pediatric care.
• Provide emergency management when needed; participate in occupational medicine and telemedicine services.

PRN Family Nurse Practitioner – Raleigh, NC Region

MainStreet Family Care is growing and we're looking to hire a fast, fun, and friendly Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to workacross multiple clinics in your area! You will provide patient-focusedcare to help our patients feel better FAST! Boom! Services provided to the public include urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The ideal applicant will be flexible in working with teams in different clinics and providing leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced urgent care environment.

Responsibilities:

• Minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)
• Suturing
• Splinting
• General Orthopedic evaluations/management
• Review of x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist, too)
• General Dermatology
• General eye problems
• General EKG interpretations
• Emergency management skills
• General GYN expertise
• Treating children of all ages
• Occupational medicine
• Telemedicine

Schedule:

• Shifts determined two months in advance
• MainStreet Clinic Hours
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

• KidsStreet Clinic Hours
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Work hours are subject to change based on company needs, training, floaters, etc.

Qualifications:

• Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required
• MSN, or higher education required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred
