Overview

We are building a patient-first, relationship-based healthcare experience. As a PRN provider, you practice at the top of your license and offer holistic care including prevention, chronic disease management, and health education. You will work with strong resources (such as UpToDate and RubiconMD) that are provided at no charge to you and your patients. You will have autonomy within a company that values patients first, ingenuity, courage, community, and FUN.

Responsibilities

• Practice relationship-based medicine with a focus on prevention, chronic disease management, and health education.
• Provide wholistic care and collaborate with patients to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Utilize available resources to support clinical decision-making.
• Operate autonomously within the framework of Marathon Health policies and state regulations.

Minimum Job Requirements

PRN Nurse Practitioner

• Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification required
• Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation
• Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
• Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits is preferred

PRN Physician Associate/Assistant

• Active license & current NCCPA board certification required
• Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation
• Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
• Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits is preferred

Pay Range

$55.00-70.00/hr

The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
