Job summary

Cape Fox Concentric Methods is accepting resumes for Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)/First Responders (PRN) to provide on-site safety monitoring and immediate BLS response during Physical Fitness Exams for the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS). The USPS Inspectorate is the federal law enforcement arm of the Postal Service.

Required: Current EMT-B certification, 1-2 years field experience in fitness/athletic/occupational settings, and Current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current state EMT-B certification is required.
• 1-2 years of field experience responding to medical events in fitness, athletic, or occupational environments.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down testing environments at assigned locations for safe operation.
• Monitor applicant health during testing activities and respond to medical incidents.
• Provide first aid and basic emergency care (CPR, bleeding control, splinting); call 911 if needed and assist until arrival.
• Regularly check and maintain first aid kit readiness and supplies.
• Document all medical incidents and coordinate with medical oversight for follow-up.
