Job summary

Lynx EMS is a fast-growing ambulance service delivering patient transport across Ohio, Indiana, Maryland, and West Virginia. We seek dedicated PRN/Part-Time EMTs for our Day Shift to deliver safe, timely, and compassionate care during hospital discharges, scheduled transports, interfacility transfers, and emergencies.

As an EMT, you will provide emergency and non-emergency medical transportation, ensuring professional care, accurate documentation, and clean, ready vehicles.

Qualifications

• Current State EMT Certification (or eligible for reciprocity).
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency and non-emergency calls.
• Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with state regulations and company protocols.
• Safely operate and maintain assigned ambulance vehicles and equipment.
• Perform patient assessments and complete accurate documentation.
• Maintain ambulance cleanliness, organization, and readiness for deployment.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, healthcare facilities, patients, families, and team members.
• Follow all safety standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and excellent customer service at all times.

Day shift team members play a critical role in supporting hospital discharges, scheduled transports, interfacility transfers, and emergency responses during peak daytime hours.
