The role requires a high school diploma or GED, EMT education preferred, and at least one year of dispatch experience. Knowledge of MS Office and the ability to protect PHI are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; EMT education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year dispatch/communication experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office products.
• Must obtain CADS within 1 year from hire date.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate EMS transport requests with Baptist Health EMS crews.
• Maintain accuracy and expediency of documentation.
• Protect PHI and ensure data integrity in EMS systems.
• Stay current with EPIC and related EMS software.
