Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program and NP licensure for Alabama
• Nurse Practitioner certification or PA credentialing required
• Ability to obtain USA Hospital privileges credentialing

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care in line with policies and Nurse Practice Act
• Diagnose, prescribe treatments, and coordinate patient care
• Perform tests and procedures and refer to specialists as needed
• Maintain accurate medical records and billing documentation
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team to ensure quality care
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and infection control measures
