Job summary

MUSC Health is seeking an ABEM Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join its physician-led team serving three hospitals within the Catawba Division. This PRN role offers a well-supported ED with scheduling equity, manageable volumes, and a competitive compensation package backed by South Carolina’s leading academic health system.

The Catawba Division includes Lancaster, Chester and Indian Land, SC, with EPIC EMR and a distribution of shifts.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification in Emergency Medicine
• Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of South Carolina
• Strong communication, organization and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide ED coverage at three hospitals in the Catawba Division on a PRN basis
• Support equitable scheduling and maintain high-quality patient care
• Collaborate with APPs and specialty services; utilize Epic EMR
