Job summary

Missouri Baptist Medical Center seeks an EKG Technician (PRN) to support the Cardiac Testing team in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include performing STAT and routine EKGs, applying heart monitors, and educating patients on monitor use.

The role requires CPR/AED certification and a High School diploma. Weekday availability is preferred, with weekend and holiday rotation required. Orientation may require full-time availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Weekend and holiday rotation may be required.
• Minimum of 3 shifts per 6-week schedule.
• Full-time availability during orientation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general office duties.
• Performs cardiology tests and procedures.
• Ensures equipment is cleaned, stocked, and working.
• Supports quality and service improvements.
• Ensures charges are entered correctly and timely.
