Job summary

Integrated Medical Services (IMS) is seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Echocardiograph Technician for its Cardiology Division in Payson, Arizona. In this PRN position, you will assist physicians by performing ultrasonic recordings of the heart, ensuring equipment quality, and maintaining accurate records. Required qualifications include a high school diploma, RDMS certification, and at least one year of relevant experience. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Echocardiograph Technician is required.
• Must be a certified Echocardiograph Technician with a diploma from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Prepares room for patient prior to echo exam and understands patient’s medical history prior to exam.
• Produces two-dimensional ultrasonic recordings and Doppler flow analyses of heart and related structures.
• Conduct basic equipment maintenance and quality control on machines.
• Completes documentation for appointments.
