Job summary

Gateway Rehab in Florence, KY is seeking a PRN Dietitian to provide high-quality nutritional care to hospitalized and ambulatory patients. You will perform assessments, make diet recommendations, counsel patients, and monitor nutrition therapy orders with ongoing care updates.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Dietetics, active RD license, and at least two years of hospital-based experience. The role supports our inpatient rehab services and patient families in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in dietetics or related field.
• Current, valid license to practice as a Registered Dietitian.
• Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics required.
• Minimum two years of clinical hospital experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition assessments and dietary recommendations.
• Counsel patients and educate on nutrition plans.
• Develop and monitor nutrition care and therapy orders.
• Re-evaluate care and ensure adherence and tolerance.
• Oversee planning and direction of the nutrition office.
