Job summary

Morrison Healthcare in Naples, FL is seeking a PRN Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care setting. You will work with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

As an RDN or eligible candidate with Florida licensure, you will perform nutritional assessments, develop care plans, and support staff and interns while contributing to QAPI initiatives.

Qualifications

• RD or RD eligible (CDR exam eligible)
• Licensed Dietitian in FL or eligible to obtain license
• Healthcare experience preferred; new grads welcome with strong clinical training

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable wellness for patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Apply latest research in alignment with diet manual, policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care and clinical excellence.
• Partner with food service management to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Support growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable

Schedule: As needed, availability on weekdays and weekends

Hourly Pay: $35–$37 per hour

Make a real impact as a Clinical Dietitian! You’ll provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in an acute care setting, working with a collaborative team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence‑based nutrition care.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred – new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
