Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, part of Compass Group, is seeking a Clinical Dietitian in Decatur, GA. The role covers acute care settings at Emory Decatur, Emory Hillandale, and Emory LTAC, with PRN as needed scheduling and weekends availability preferred.

You will perform Medical Nutrition Therapy, support patient outcomes with evidence-based nutrition care, and collaborate with the care team to drive quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification is required.
• Licensed Dietitian (or willingness to obtain) in the practicing state is needed.
• Healthcare experience is preferred; new grads with strong clinical training encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform nutritional assessments and develop care plans to promote recovery and health.
• Education: Provide nutrition and lifestyle guidance to patients, families, staff, and community.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply current research to ensure high-quality, consistent care in line with policies and protocols.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: Support growth of staff and dietetic interns through education.

Position Details: Will cover all medical floors, ICU, LTAC if able, Hillandale weekends

Hourly Pay: Starting at $35 hr. (based on experience)

Job Summary

• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
