Job summary

Concerto Renal Services is seeking a PRN Dialysis Nurse to oversee hemodialysis care within a skilled nursing facility. You will supervise dialysis technicians, perform direct patient care, and ensure accurate documentation of interventions and outcomes.

The role requires BLS certification, an RN license, and at least one year of nursing experience, including dialysis exposure. A compassionate, team-oriented clinician is preferred for a dynamic, patient-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current State RN License or Compact license.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in any practice area.
• Minimum of three months of Dialysis experience required.
• BLS Provider certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct hemodialysis care, performs assessments, administers medications, and educates patients on renal health and self-care.
• Delegates tasks to dialysis technicians, supervises their performance, and ensures compliance with standards.
• Monitors patient response to dialysis, adjusts treatment plans as needed, and documents interventions.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare team to coordinate care and report critical results.
• Maintains accurate electronic medical records and adheres to safety and regulatory protocols.
