Live Well Homecare is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to provide professional nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical dialysis unit from admission to discharge.

You will assess needs, develop and evaluate care plans, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and deliver patient and family education to promote understanding and self-management.

The role emphasizes safe, evidence-based practice, monitoring patient status, and responding to changes in clinical condition.

Formación

• RN licensure in good standing.
• Strong clinical competency in medical-surgical and dialysis care.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
