Ideal Dental is seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to join a fast-growing, clinician-led practice. Take control of your schedule and earnings with our uncapped monthly hygiene incentive program and a base salary of $130,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• Active RDH licensure (state-specific) and a passion for patient care.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Current CPR certification (AHA preferred, BLS with AED).
• Comfort with digital dentistry technologies and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure exceptional care and patient experience.
• Greet patients and prepare them for dental exams.
• Educate patients on oral health and provide personalized care instructions.
• Perform general and periodontal cleanings, screenings, and offer treatment recommendations.
