Job summary

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate families on assistive devices and home safety. A state OT license and NBCOT certification are required, with 1 year of OT experience preferred. This is a PRN, daytime position at Heritage Hall Leesburg.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
