Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital is seeking a PRN CS/SPD Certified Technician to join the Central Sterile Processing team. You will support instrument decontamination, assembly and sterilization for surgical cases, and help ensure timely case cart readiness.
This role requires a CRCST or CSPDT certification and familiarity with instrument tracking systems, with duties including inventory control, case cart preparation, and occasional training of peers. Evening shifts and weekends may be required.

As a Certified CS/SPD Technician, you will play a key role in how our operating rooms care for our patients as the whole team relies on you to successfully set up the operating room. Certified CS/SPD Technicians receive ample support, training and education, including learning how to operate the latest state-of-the-art processing equipment and using the newest sterilization tools and concepts.By taking on this role, you will have a major impact on patient care by helping to ensure the safety and health of the patient.
A caregiver in this position works PRN (as needed) variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
