Job summary

Ambulatory Anesthesia Solutions in Indiana is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for PRN coverage at ambulatory surgery centers. You will provide general, regional, MAC, and sedation anesthesia and perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic evaluations in collaboration with ASC teams.

Requirements include CRNA certification, Indiana RN/APRN licensure, ACLS/BLS, and credentialing eligibility; experience with SIS Epic/Cerner is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification and license in the practicing state.
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Active, unrestricted RN and APRN licensure.
• NBCRNA certification.
• ACLS and BLS at minimum (PALS as required).
• Eligibility for credentialing at ASCs.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic evaluations and risk assessments.
• Develop and implement anesthesia care plans for ambulatory patients.
• Administer general, regional, MAC, and sedation anesthesia.
• Manage airway, hemodynamics, fluids, and depth of anesthesia.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and discharge readiness assessment.
• Respond to perioperative emergencies using ACLS-based interventions.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and ASC leadership.
• Communicate with surgical teams and PACU staff.
• Contribute to case flow optimization and turnover.
