Job summary

Envision is seeking motivated Advanced Practice Providers for per diem shifts across our Jacksonville-area anesthesia facilities, in partnership with North Florida Anesthesia Consultants (NFAC).

Join a collaborative team with flexible scheduling, rewarding patient-centered care, and opportunities to cover multiple sites including Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside, Southside, Clay County, St. Johns County, Jacksonville and St. Augustine centers.

Qualifications

• Experience as an APP (Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, etc.) in anesthesiology or related field.
• Valid state licensure and DEA number
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Reliability and flexibility to work varied shifts and locations

Responsibilities

• Pick up shifts that fit your availability
• Opportunities for weekday coverage, call shifts, and expanding site coverage
• Ability to work across multiple locations for increased shift availability
• Provide consistent availability and scheduling reliability
• Willingly work across multiple facilities
• Can participate in occasional call coverage (not required)
• Communicate proactively and function well within a team-based model
