Nuvia Dental Implant Center in Fullerton, CA is seeking a CRNA to join as a PRN, 1099 contractor. Expect autonomous, office-based anesthesia for full mouth dental implants, including nasal intubations and collaboration with oral surgeons. Prior independence and strong patient safety focus are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Two years experience practicing as a CRNA.
• One year experience practicing independently as a solo provider.
• Recent experience providing general anesthesia.
• Proficient in nasal intubations.
• Experience delivering anesthesia in an outpatient facility and/or surgery center.

Responsibilities

• Administer general anesthesia with nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office-based setting.
• Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize anesthesia plans.
• Ensure safe delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols.
• Perform pre-operative assessments and educate patients on options and risks.
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration and patient responses.

Job description

Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing full arch dental implant center, is looking for a skilled CRNA to join our team at our office in Fullerton, CA. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, providing life changing procedures. Our top priority is the satisfaction and well-being of our patients. This position is PRN Hourly rate starts at: $245/hour, negotiable based on market

• Daily guarantee, whether you work or not

Report at 6:30 - First surgery starting at 7am 1099- contractor

An ideal candidate has experience with practicing independently and with nasal intubations, however, we are willing to train the right candidate. Required Experience

• Two years experience practicing as a CRNA.
• One year experience practicing independently as a solo provider
• Recent experience providing general anesthesia
• Proficient in nasal intubations
• Experience delivering anesthesia in an outpatient facility and/or surgery center

Preferred Experience

• Experience with dental anesthesia
• Experience delivering anesthesia in an office-based setting

Education/Licensure

• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current state licensure as an APRN
• Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance.

Duties

• Administer general anesthesia with a nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office based setting
• Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plans
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines
• Perform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse events
• Stay up to date with evidence-based research in anesthesia techniques, medications and equipment
