Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a PRN role in Vero Beach, Florida. You will deliver individualized therapy and work under the supervision of a licensed OT to help patients regain function.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree in COTA program.
• Active state COTA license and NBCOT certification.
• One year of experience as a COTA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

State COTA License

NBCOT Certification
