Responsibilities

• Provide personal training and group fitness instruction and education; prescribe workout programs based on client fitness levels and health needs.
• Monitor exercising clients and provide fitness assessment and feedback.
• Develop workout and health promotion programs adhering to health system standards and mission.
• Refer clients to health system fitness/medical professionals as needed.
• Keep workout areas clean, safe, and organized; ensure equipment is maintained in safe condition.
• Instruct correct fitness methods and lifting techniques to minimize injury risk.
